Arrive at Hint Hunter before the escape game begins

Rule 1.

ARRIVE EARLY

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the escape game booking time in order for our staff to brief you before your game begins.  There will be no time extension if you are late for your slot.

Kids need a chaperone to escape this room

Rule 2.

BRING YOUR CHAPERONE

All players 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent (legal guardian) or adult chaperone. Participants (17 and under) that are a guest of a chaperone must have a signed note from one of the participant’s parents (or legal guardians) that includes a contact number.

Safely store your treasures in our lockers

Rule 3.

STOW THE GADGETS

Player's belongings must be put in our lockers for safe keeping before entering the escape room. This includes but not limited to: mobile phones, bags, keys, calculators, flashlights, and stationery.

Rule 4.

RESPECT THE PROPS

Players are not to damage or vandalize items at Hint Hunter Puzzle Rooms. This includes but not limited to: locks, furniture, game items and accessories. Players are liable to bear the cost of intentional damage.

In case of an emergency you may leave the escape room using the unlocked door knob.

Hint Hunter reserves the right to stop the escape game at any point in time if game guidelines and regulations are breached.

Safety Guidelines & Regulations

Hint Hunter Puzzle Rooms are created to bring you into another dimension.  Bewilderment, shock and fear factors may be part of the escape game in the form of music, graphics as well as the overall atmosphere of the place. Take a moment and read the safety regulations carefully.

Players who are pregnant, elderly or have any underlying heart and breathing problems are recommended not to join the game rooms.

Players that smell of alcohol or have obviously been drinking prior to arrival will not be allowed to play the game and will forfeit their booking fee.

Players showing signs including but not limited to excessive coughing, excessive sneezing and fever are not allowed to enter the game rooms due to health guidelines to prevent the spread of germs.

This is especially true during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. Please be wise and stay at home if you have the following symptoms: Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath. See CDC website for more information.

KEEP IT CASUAL

Players are recommended not to wear any form of clothing, shoes or accessories that will hinder movement and result in accidental injury. Items include but are not limited to: Heels, spiked shoes, ultra baggy jeans, miniskirts, and other accessories.
